Measure the item you are storing, length & width to determine what sized bay you need. Items are not permitted to overhang outside of the bays. If you need assistance, use our handy Size Guide.
Once you know the size, book your storage bay online and choose your preferred start date.
With your storage bay secured, your security code and mobile access are sent to you move in day
Make Your Online Booking
When Booking, Please Have Ready:
Stored item license plate or serial number
Your contact details Sign up and confirm your email address Have your credit card ready for the first 2 months' payment
The first payment is calculated based on the remaining days of the current month (prorata) and the full following month
All payments then on are done on a month by month
Security Gate Entrance
Mobile Phone Bluetooth Entry: Stay in the comfort of your vehicle and open the entrance gate to access your bay. Simply download the app below and wait to be sent login details on your move in date
Key Pad Entry: Enter your private code to access the depot. Codes and mobile app activation is sent to you the morning of your scheduled move in date

All the storage bays have been numbered and marked for ease. Feel free to call with any questions. Please do not park in a empty bay that is not yours as though some look vacant, a lot are permanently booked

- What type of documentation is required to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (Driver's license, state ID, or passport). Vehicle information (license plate number and vehicle VIN number). Vehicle/vessel proof of registration (registration card). Proof of insurance (insurance card or policy page).
- Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
All rentals after the initial 2 months period are on a month-to-month basis unless you request otherwise.
- Do I need insurance?
Yes, insurance is the tenant's responsibility. Secure Storage Solutions does not insure the customer's vehicle or other property. Insurance is required on all stored items.
- What are your access times?
Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.
- What are your storage policies?

- How do I make a payment?
Payments must be set-up to be auto-deducted from your credit card, monthly. You can access your account statements on the website by logging in and viewing your account. For alternative arrangements, please contact us to discuss your options
- How do I move out?
You can cancel your lease anytime after the initial 2 months. To cancel you can login to your online portal or email us once you have moved out and we can cancel the lease for you.
